The hotel is situated in a convenient location in the city center with spacious rooms that are nice, warm, and quiet. Despite some outdated aspects in the first-floor rooms, such as smelly pillows and old mattresses, the overall size is great, though it can get noisy at times with cockroaches. The dining experience is fulfilling and delicious, featuring local cheese, preserves, and basturma, but could benefit from more diversity in the main course options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to vine shops and cafes, but the dining options were limited. The rooms had a pleasant interior but were a bit outdated, and the service was generally helpful despite an issue with my booking voucher.
